		<description>I think you did well with the limited means you had available.  Although the pans and tilts you did were quite modest and really didn&#039;t push the limits of this effect.  If you really want to push on a level you could try moving the camera to create a real sense of movement.  If you know any 3d packages you could work out a 3d camera path in a room and then photograph that same path in your real set, of course you&#039;d have to add motion blur later.</description>

Rob Legato used a similar technique on some ST:TNG episodes. There&#039;s a shot in an episode he directed, &quot;The Nth Degree,&quot; which made a lot of impact for such a subtle effect. IIRC, he used VistaVision to get the larger plate.</description>
